After breakfast, we head to Lake Manyara National Park. This Park offers breathtaking views and a large variety of habitats. Acacia woodlands, water forests, baobab strewn cliffs, algae-streaked hot springs, swamps and the lake itself. And thanks to this, the Park can support a large number of animal species and incredible birdlife. Manyara has the largest concentration of baboons anywhere in the world and it is also renowned for its tree-climbing lion. Dinner and overnight at the public campsite/tented lodge depending on your budget.
Day 3
-
Lake Manyara - Serengeti

After breakfast, depart for Serengeti National Park, via the beautiful highland lying farmland of Karatu and the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Leaving the highlands behind, we head towards the heart of wild Africa – the Serengeti National Park – with its endless plains, gently rising and falling into the distance as far as the eye can see. Then drive to the central park area, known as the Seronera area, one of the richest wildlife habitats in the park featuring the Seronera River, which offers a valuable water source to this area and therefore attracts wildlife well representative of most of the Serengeti’s species. Arrive in time for lunch and enjoy an afternoon game drive in the Serengeti national park. Dinner and overnight at Seronera public Campsites/tented lodge depending on your budget.
Day 4
-

Relax with a full day in the Serengeti with game drives – home to the Great Wildebeest Migration with its endless plains. Herds of animals such as wildebeests, zebras, and antelopes dominate the park while predators such as lions and cheetahs are to be found amongst the many kopjes (small hills) scattered across the plain. Serengeti's landscape varies from open grass plains in the south, savanna with scattered acacia trees in the centre, hilly, wooded grassland in the north, to extensive woodland and black clay plains to the west. Dinner and overnight at Seronera public Campsites/tented lodge depend on your budget.

Serengeti National Park – Ngorongoro Crater
Early morning game drive in Serengeti, brunch and departure for Ngorongoro Crater. We will stop over at Olduvai Gorge, boasting a history dating back to the dawn of time. In the late afternoon drive to the public Campsite/tented lodge depending on your budget.
Day 7
-
Ngorongoro Crater – Arusha.

Supported by a year-round water supply and fodder, the Ngorongoro Conservation Area supports a vast variety of animals, which include herds of wildebeest, zebra, buffalo, eland, warthog, hippo and giant African elephants. Another big draw card to this picturesque national park is its dense population of predators, which include lions, hyenas, jackals, cheetahs and the ever-elusive leopard, which sometimes requires a trained eye to spot. We will visit Lake Magadi, a large but shallow alkaline lake in the southwestern corner, which is one of the main features of the crater. A large number of flamingos, hippos and other water birds can usually be seen here. Late afternoon transfer to Arusha and drop off at your own hotel arrangement or drop off at the airport for your ongoing flight depend on your plan.
